We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

- Disclaimer: To the extent permitted by law, BahiPen is not liable for loss of profits or damages—including loss of friendships over unpaid debts.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikar Rajasthan.
